Where Do You Ship?
We wish we could get our products into the hands of everyone. Currently, we can ship to Malaysia Philippines and most international countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or other military addresses. We are working on getting our products everywhere around the world. Email us if you have more questions.
When Well My Order Be Shipped?
Most orders are processed within 2-7 business days before shipping. This does not include weekends and holidays. However, please understand that there may be slight delays, depending on the volume of orders received at a given time. We appreciate your understanding.
Why Does My Order Show As Shipped But No Tracking Number?
This means that your order is being packaged or has been submitted to the courier company for processing, usually the USPS/DHL tracking number needs to wait for the courier company to store the package and send it to us before we update the order.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 15 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been shipped.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
You can change the shipping address ONLY if the order has not been shipped. Please double check your shipping address and make sure it is correct when you are placing the order.
Delivery Delays
While we try our best to ship out your orders in the speediest manner, unfortunately, it is difficult to guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit.
If there is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we suggest contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately, once an order is out of our hands, we have no more information than you regarding the whereabouts of your package. Please contact the mail carrier for any delivery concerns you may have.
Stolen Items
We will ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong, China or Malaysia. Orders will be shipped to the address on file. For security reasons we do not change addresses once a sale has been verified and approved via bank card services. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure an accurate, current, and safe delivery address.
Very rarely does lose or damage packages, but it is recommended that you purchase Priority shipping to insure your items, with the additional perk of expedited shipping. Once packages are dropped at Post Office, they are tracked but out of my hands...for this reason we cannot be responsible for lost, misdelivered or stolen parcels.
Ddrops will do its best to assist you in locating your package if it is lost or misplaced, including assisting the courier company in finding the billing number, contacting the logistics company, and so on.
More importantly, if your package has been shipped, you must always track the movement of the package!
If your order was marked as “delivered” and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office.
